Applications are accepted by appointment from April 1st through Oct 1st annually.
The town hall is closed on Fridays. October 1st, 2023 falls on a Sunday and the deadline does NOT get extended until the following Monday!
To ensure your application is processed, ALL applicants must complete their appointment with Karen on or before Thursday, September 28th, 2023.
Any applicant that misses the 10/01 deadline can request an extension of time to file by submitting the required extension request form directly with the state before November 15th along with a letter from a doctor indicating that they have a medical issue that contributed to them not applying during the open application period.
